3 Story NEW CONSTRUCTION 2,800 Sq. Ft. BUILT BY US
This project was a fun challenge in Design and the Building of the home. Going for a Modern style while maximizing the amazing view was the most important aspects of this build. The first floor is Block with the additional stories being 2x6 wood. The unique delta shape made it more difficult to design than build.

NEW CONSTRUCTION 3,376 Sq. Ft. BUILT BY US
This design was more of a typical 1 story Florida home. We wanted to keep the Master away from the kids rooms for privacy while alowing for a very open center Great Room area. The theatre was designed to be able to turn into a Mother-in-law area if desired in the future. Because this was in a structured HOA subdivision, the style and look about it was regulated. It also had a dettached ADU as a garage in the front.

This home was designed in an HOA with strict regulations. It was designed to show impressiveness and curb appeal. The theatre in this one was upstairs with a game area next to the Family room.

This home was designed in the style of a Spanish or Mediterranean look. We used different features and accents to reflect this. The theatre was upstairs.

NEW CONSTRUCTION 4,725 Sq. Ft. BUILT BY US
This home was designed to have a kind of English look and feel about it. Being in a strict HOA, it ended up being more Mediterranean looking than first intended, but turned out very nice.

NEW CONSTRUCTION 7,200 Sq. Ft. BUILT BY US
This home was designed in 2 seperate stages. The first stage was the main house on the right with the second stage being added on the left. It allowed the main to be moved into sooner while the second stage was started and completed. The homes design was very family oriented with the left side being an attached seperate garage/game/theatre/workout/party/extra guest bedroom area.

Recent Full Renovation and Addition Completed By Us
This was a complete transformation on Longboat Key. It was originally not so attractive as you can see in the pictures. As a typical 1 story and in a flood zone, strict guidelines were followed in relation to converting it to a 2 story. We also wanted it to look more up-to-date and in the Mediterranean style so added a 2 story on to the front and dressed up the facade. The interior was also completely renovated. A labor of love, but much easier than a 1936 barn on the beach we renovated years before.
